Stainless steel baking pan

Unlike typical bread machines that rely on non-stick coatings, the Sana Smart Bread Maker II features a solid stainless steel baking pan made from SU304 food-grade stainless steel.

This pan is:

Combined with our low-temperature baking cycles, multiphase rising, and glass lids, the Sana system delivers excellent baking performance without relying on synthetic coatings.

The Sana Smart Bread Maker II is the only home bread machine in the world with a stainless steel baking pan.

For users who prefer non-stick convenience, an optional ceramic-coated stainless steel pan is also available.
