Raw materials

1 cup raw oats
1/2 cup fresh flax seeds
5 dried dates
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 banana, sliced
1 cup almond milk
Blueberries to taste


  • Attach oil extractor to Sana juicer.
  • Process the flax seeds and set the oil aside.
  • Place a bowl under the oil extractor pulp outlet and process the oats. They will become oat flakes.
  • Add bananas, dates, cinnamon, blueberries, and flax oil to the oats. Pour over with almond milk.
