| 1 cup raw oats |

| 1/2 cup fresh flax seeds | 
| 5 dried dates | 
| 1 teaspoon cinnamon | 
| 1 banana, sliced | 
| 1 cup almond milk | 
| Blueberries to taste | 
                                                    Instructions
- Attach oil extractor to Sana juicer.
 - Process the flax seeds and set the oil aside.
 - Place a bowl under the oil extractor pulp outlet and process the oats. They will become oat flakes.
 - Add bananas, dates, cinnamon, blueberries, and flax oil to the oats. Pour over with almond milk.
