Sunday breakfast


  • 1 cup raw oats
  • 1/2 cup fresh flax seeds
  • 5 dried dates
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Blueberries to taste


  1. Attach oil extractor to Sana juicer.
  2. Process the flax seeds and set the oil aside.
  3. Place a bowl under the oil extractor pulp outlet and process the oats. They will become oat flakes.
  4. Add bananas, dates, cinnamon, blueberries, and flax oil to the oats. Pour over with almond milk.
