Passionfruit sorbet


  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 passionfruit
  •  maple syrup to taste


  1. Peel banana and cut into discs. Freeze slices on a plate.
  2. Process frozen banana slices with homogenizing screen.
  3. Cut passionfruit in half and spoon onto banana sorbet.
  4. Add maple syrup to taste.
